Hi, I’m Rae and I’m a registered Nutritional Therapist, Dip CNM; mBANT; CNHC as well as a yoga teacher, producer, home cook & recipe maker and mother.
My journey into nutrition started with my own health challenges. Having worked in a stressful, high pressured environment my health deteriorated. I put work above everything else including my friends, family and most importantly my health. Something had to give, and it did.. big time! I was signed off work with anxiety, stress and mild depression, I was suffering from chronic bloating, hormonal fluctuations and exhaustion. This was the catalyst for me to turn things around.
I learnt how to look after my mental and physical wellbeing through food, natural medicines and lifestyle changes and I shifted my mindset and put myself at the top of the priority list. That was over 6 years ago and I have never looked back. It was this experience that inspired me to want to help others who are suffering and putting up with symptoms because it doesn’t have to be that way!
I provide a personalised approach when working with you and I have supported many clients with a variety of digestive and hormonal complaints who felt that they had tried everything and I have seen them go from being worn out, stressed, demotivated and
running on empty to feeling full of energy and finding their spark for life again.
