What Should You Expect?

  • A comprehensive and personalised support program specific to your needs

  • Achievable & sustainable life changes

  • Evidence based nutrition and lifestyle recommendations

How it works?

Prior to your consultation I will ask you to complete a Health Questionnaire and a Three-Day Food Diary to ensure our time together is most effective.

Our initial consultation will last up to 1 hour during which time we will take a deeper look at your symptoms including your health history and set goals and objectives to aim for.  We will also agree the booking of any follow up and progress calls during this consultation.

Following our initial consultation I will formulate a nutrition and lifestyle plan specifically for you, which may include any supplement protocols & further testing referrals, if required.

In line with your selected package the follow up sessions will be booked in advance. Each session is 45 minutes during which we will monitor your progress, make any adjustments to your plan and discuss any test results.

Following completion of your selected package  additional sessions can be booked for continuing your journey to a healthier, happier you.

The Clinic

Testing is a tool I often use in clinic when we need to get to the root cause of what’s going on. There are tests which the GP can support us with however I also use private functional testing as an additional method of investigation. These are not used to diagnose a condition, but they do provide a broader picture of what might be driving your symptoms and ultimately how we can support and tailor your plan to your specific biological imbalances.

Some of the tests I use include:

  • Comprehensive stool analysis

  • Thyroid function

  • Hormone profiles – DUTCH test

  • Vitamin and mineral analysis

  • Cortisol and adrenal panel

  • Genetic profile

  • Glucose and insulin tolerance

  • Mould and toxicity panel

  • Mitochondria function

  • SIBO, yeast markers
