Strawberrylicious smoothie

  • 1 Frozen banana

  • 1 handful fresh strawberries or frozen

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp Mix of milled flax, linseed, pumpkin and chia seeds (if you cant buy then just use

  • milled flaxseed)

  • 1 tbsp Greek or Coconut Yoghurt for vegan option

  • 1/2 cup almond milk or a little more if too thick

  • Dollop of Coconut whipped cream and some fresh sliced strawberries to top it off


  1. Add all the ingredients to your blender and give it a whiz until all combined, you can make this one as thick or smooth as you want.

  2. Top with a dollop of coconut cream and some fresh sliced strawberries or nuts and enjoy!
