1 Frozen banana
1 handful fresh strawberries or frozen
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp Mix of milled flax, linseed, pumpkin and chia seeds (if you cant buy then just use
1 tbsp Greek or Coconut Yoghurt for vegan option
1/2 cup almond milk or a little more if too thick
Dollop of Coconut whipped cream and some fresh sliced strawberries to top it off
Add all the ingredients to your blender and give it a whiz until all combined, you can make this one as thick or smooth as you want.
Top with a dollop of coconut cream and some fresh sliced strawberries or nuts and enjoy!
