Ingredients
½ Frozen Banana
Small handful of frozen berries, I use strawberries but any will do
1 heaped Tbsp Acai Powder
1 Tbsp Ground flax or linseed
1 Tbsp Peanut butter , I use Meriden smooth or Whole Earth
1 Dessert spoon Agave or Maple syrup
Handful of Spinach or Kale ( I use frozen but fresh is good too)
½ cup of any Plant Milk you have
Toppings -
Bananas, coconut flakes, berries, seeds, anything you fancy really!
Acai will work with any combo, I love it with the nutty tastes incorporated but get experimenting to see what takes your fancy.
Blitz all the ingredients in your Nutribullet or similar blender. You want to get a fairly thick consistency but if its not blending add a smidge more milk to loosen.
Once you have your blend, top with any combo of fruit, nuts, seeds etc that you fancy.
