Acai Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 Frozen banana

  • 1 large handful of frozen berries

  • 1 small handful Kale

  • 1 tbsp Acai powder

  • 1 tbsp Crunchy Peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp Agave or Honey (if not vegan)

  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk (add more if too thick but don't let it go runny)

Toppings -

Cacao Nibs, Chopped nuts of choice, fresh raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, coconut shavings, bee pollen, the choices are endless.

Blitz everything together to a thick consistency and pour into bowl.

Add your favourite toppings and enjoy this delicious bowl of goodness, day or night its amazing.
