Chocolate overload smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 Large Handful Mixed Berries

  • 1 Handful Spinach

  • 1 Tbsp Hemp Protein

  • 1 Tbsp Flax seeds

  • 1 Tbsp Rolled Oats

  • 1 Tbsp Raw Cacao

  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

  • 1 Tbsp Walnuts

  • ¾ Cup Plant milk (any will do)

Instructions

Throw all the ingredients into your blender and whizz up into this chocotastic number.

Great to start the day on.
